Holiday apartment
According to the rental agreement, includes a holiday apartment with the associated inventory. The holiday apartment can only be used by those persons who are entered in the rental agreement. The renter is responsible, after receiving the keys, to check that all the information is in accordance with the booked trip. If in doubt, contact the landlord. A holiday apartment can be booked by the tenant with the landlord in writing, by telephone or online. With the binding booking of a holiday apartment by the tenant through the landlord, a valid offer is made by the tenant. The lessee is obliged to provide all required information completely and truthfully. The conclusion of the contract becomes effective when the booking confirmation (declaration of acceptance) is sent by the landlord to the tenant in writing or electronically.
Rental price
The rental price includes the tourist tax as well as any registration fees and other fees (e.g. dogs),
Pets
Pets are allowed in our apartments. Pets must be declared on the rental agreement. Pets are not allowed in the sleeping beds. You have to bring your own sleeping blanket, food bowl etc. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the rental property.
Renter
The minimum age for renters isat 18 festablished. The renter must be present on site for the entire rental period. The tenant is liable for the accuracy of the information in the rental agreement. Parents are responsible for their children.
Takeover of the holiday home
The apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. local time. The tenant is obliged to treat the holiday apartment properly and carefully.
Return of the holiday home
The rental property must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. (morning). washing dishes and putting them away again; empty the dishwasher, empty the fridge, dispose of rubbish; hand in the key.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 14 days before departure. After that, a deposit of 20% of the total amount, which is due in the event of cancellation in the form of a cancellation fee.
Additional costs
The cleaning fee and the tourist tax are NOT included in the overnight price. The cleaning fee is €50 per accommodation and the tourist tax is €2.20 per person over 15 years of age.
Accident
In the case of accidents of any kind, the landlord must be informed immediately. The names of witnesses must be established. The lessee is not entitled to anticipate the decision of the lessor and the insurance company by acknowledging the claim of the injured party. The landlord is not liable for picking up the tenants.
Subletting
Subletting the rental property to third parties is prohibited.
Claim
Defects of any kind are to be reported immediately and without delay to the landlord in order to be able to carry out an improvement. Subsequent defects not reported on site cannot be taken into account.
Entry requirements
The lessee must ensure for himself and his fellow travelers that the transit and entry regulations in the rental country are observed and obtains information on this in his home country in good time from the respective embassy or consulate of the rental country.
